“Painting helps me process the stories I make up about my life.
These paintings are selections from two separate groups of pictures done around ten or fifteen years ago.
They are leftovers…I hope they are still good but that is up to you!
The pictures of knives are part of a group of restaurant kitchen pictures painted while I was
working as a cook at Just Pasta. The show was in the dining rooms.
I am glad to be able to display these in a restaurant again because I think it makes them feel at home.
The chili pepper paintings were done in memory of my old friend Phil after his death.”
